Innova announces refinancing and extension of senior debt facility
1st July 2025 – Innova is pleased to announce that it has completed the refinancing and extension of a senior loan facility with Triple Point. The renewed facility enables Innova to continue to develop and realise value from its solar and battery portfolios. The commercial negotiations, project agreements and due diligence took place over several months with contributions from teams across the whole business, together with external legal advisers, Burgess Salmon.
Commenting on the announcement, Daniel Mushin, Chief Investment Officer at Innova, said:
“We are delighted to have completed this new facility with Triple Point. The fact that we were able to finalise this facility during a period of increased uncertainty in the renewables sector is a testament to the long-term relationship and collaborative approach taken by both companies.”
