The corporate finance team at Innova work with investment partners on the structuring and launching of investment vehicles, the sale and acquisition of renewable energy assets and portfolios, the structuring and sourcing of corporate finance and project finance, and more.
Energy buyers
Our business development team works with energy-intensive use businesses to help them reduce their energy bills, cut down Scope 2 and 3 emissions, and enhance their brand for key stakeholders and customers with our Corporate and Private Wire Power Purchase Agreements (PPA).
Suppliers
The Innova procurement team collaborate with knowledgeable, environmentally responsible, and innovative suppliers to ensure that we can create utility scale renewable energy solutions that positively improve the environment and benefit local businesses and communities.
