Innova completes acquisition of Drayton Mead Solar Farm

Innova Energy today announced the acquisition of the 5MWp Drayton Mead Solar Farm inAylesbury, Buckinghamshire. The purchase marks the second asset acquired from Haymaker Energy, following the acquisition of Majors Hill Solar Farm in December 2017. Innova Capital provided due diligence and transaction support throughout the deal.

The site is constructed of approximately 19,000 Renesola photovoltaic panels covering 19.2 acres, with Power Electronics central inverters, commissioned in March 2016 the facility has been accredited by Ofgem to receive 1.3x Renewable Obligation Certificates (ROCs).
