Three solar projects awarded CfDs

Three of our solar projects have been awarded Contract for Different (CFDs) by the UK Government Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy in the latest auction round announced on July 11 2022.

Carn Nicholas in Swansea, Stokeford in Dorset and Manor Farm in Lincolnshire are three of our most advanced solar developments and, when constructed, will have a capacity of ~60MW producing enough clean renewable electricity to power the equivalent of over 16,000 homes. These schemes, along with others which have been awarded CFD contracts, are an important part of the UKs transition to net zero, delivering zero carbon power at affordable prices and we’re delighted to be a part of this important government initiative.

The three sites are the first of an exciting renewable energy pipeline which Innova and its partners are developing over the next five years as the UK continues to reduce its reliance on fossil fuels.
