Innova Energy is delighted to announce the acquisition of the 11.1 MWp West Hill Solar Farm in North Devon, which was accredited in 2014 at 1.4 ROCs. The asset was acquired from an EIS fund
under management by Gresham House New Energy. Innova Capital provided due diligence and acquisition support on the transaction.
Over the last 12 months Innova Energy has acquired two commercial roof top portfolios and, including West Hill Solar Farm, seven ground mounted operational solar farms in the UK.
Mr Andrew Kaye, Co-founder and Director of Innova Energy commented:
“This purchase represents our largest ground mount solar plant acquisition to date and marks a significant step towards our target of deploying £100m of investor funds by the end of 2019. West Hill Solar Farm will be a key asset in our portfolio in terms of contributing to the UK’s sustainable future for many years to come.”
