In June 2015 Innova Capital was appointed by a consortium comprising SUNfarming, Novus Solar Developments and Farm Renewables to advise on the sale of their (4 x 5MWp) 20MWp ground mount solar PV portfolio. A successful sale process was achieved which resulted in four 5MWp sites located in Misson, Doncaster (August 2016), Lindridge, Leicester (September 2016), Basin Bridge, Leicester (October 2016) and at Abbey Fields, Kent (October 2016) being sold to funds managed by Foresight Group.
Innova Capital designed and managed a competitive sales process, due diligence, data room and led the negotiation of the Sale and Purchase Agreement and other related documentation.
