Innova Energy today completed the purchase of 443kWp of commercial rooftop solar PV arrays from Effective Energy. Located upon broiler chicken sheds at two sites in Herefordshire, they supply electricity for their everyday operation via a private wire connection.
Both installations are FIT accredited and subsequently benefit from government supported revenue streams until 2036. The agreement with the broiler business ensures that they can continue to operate with the confidence of a secure cost of electricity over the long term.
Innova Capital provided the transaction support over the course of the deal and ensured it was completed efficiently and cost-effectively.
